Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your engagement with Mauzo Ventures, operated by Mayank Singh ("Trainer", "we", "us"), for B2B corporate sales training, coaching, and consulting services. By enquiring, booking, or engaging our services, you ("Client") agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Mauzo Ventures provides B2B corporate sales training services including but not limited to:
- Sales Foundations Workshops (1-day format)
- 3-Session Sales Programmes (6-week structured programmes)
- Monthly Sales Retainer packages
- Executive Sales Coaching (1:1)
- Corporate training for teams of 5 to 500+
- Keynote speaking and masterclasses
All services are delivered in English (Arabic available on request). Delivery modes include in-person (India and UAE), virtual, and hybrid. Specific deliverables are defined in the programme description or agreed engagement letter.
2. Booking & Engagement
A service engagement commences upon:
- Receipt of a signed proposal or engagement letter, OR
- Receipt of the deposit payment as specified in the proposal
Free discovery calls (30 minutes) do not constitute an engagement and carry no obligation.
3. Payment Terms
Standard payment structure: 50% deposit upon booking confirmation; 50% balance before the commencement of the first session (or as otherwise specified in the proposal). Retainer agreements are billed monthly in advance.
- UAE clients: Payment in AED via bank transfer or accepted payment platforms
- India clients: Payment in INR via NEFT/RTGS/UPI or agreed payment platforms
- International clients: USD via bank transfer
- Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue unless agreed otherwise
- Late payment (beyond 14 days) may attract a 2% monthly interest charge
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hours' notice at no charge (once per session)
- Client cancellation with 7+ days notice: Full deposit refund less 10% administration fee
- Client cancellation with 2–6 days notice: 50% of total session fee is non-refundable
- Client cancellation with less than 48 hours notice: Full session fee is non-refundable
- Trainer cancellation: Full refund or rescheduling at Client's discretion
Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to mayank@mauzoventures.com or WhatsApp.
5. Intellectual Property
All training materials, frameworks, workbooks, slide decks, playbooks and content delivered during engagements are the intellectual property of Mauzo Ventures and Mayank Singh. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials internally for the purposes of implementing learnings within their organisation.
- Materials may not be reproduced, resold, sublicensed, or distributed externally without written consent
- Recording of sessions requires prior written permission
- Client company names and logos may be used by Mauzo Ventures for case studies with prior approval
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary business information shared during engagements. The Trainer will not disclose Client business information to third parties without consent. Client testimonials may be used with permission only.
7. Limitation of Liability
Mauzo Ventures provides training and coaching based on best practices and real-world experience. While we are committed to delivering measurable results, we cannot guarantee specific revenue outcomes, close rates, or business results, as these depend on Client team implementation, market conditions and other factors beyond our control.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. Warranty
We warrant that services will be delivered with reasonable skill and care by qualified professionals with relevant experience. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemic-related travel bans, or technology failures. Affected sessions will be rescheduled at mutual convenience.
10. Governing Law
For UAE-based engagements: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and UAE Federal Law. Disputes shall be referred to DIFC Courts.
For India-based engagements: These Terms are governed by the laws of India with jurisdiction in the courts of New Delhi.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
