Do you train in Arabic?+

Currently all programmes are delivered in English. Arabic-language sessions are available on request — please mention this in your enquiry and we will accommodate wherever possible.

Do you work with small teams (under 5 people)?+

Absolutely. The Executive Sales Coaching (1:1) programme is ideal for individuals, and the Sales Foundations Workshop can be tailored for intimate teams of 3–5 people. Smaller teams often see faster results because the coaching can be more targeted.

How quickly can training be scheduled?+

For individual workshops, typically within 2–3 weeks of enquiry. For multi-session programmes and retainers, onboarding takes 1–2 weeks for the diagnostic phase before sessions begin. For urgent requests, reach out directly via WhatsApp.

Is the content customised or off-the-shelf?+

Every programme is built from scratch after the diagnostic. There are no recycled slide decks or generic content packs. Frameworks, role-plays, workbooks, and examples are all tailored to your industry, your buyers, and your specific challenges.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?+

Sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours' notice at no additional cost. Cancellations within 24 hours of a session may be subject to a partial fee. Full details are included in the engagement agreement before any payment is made.
