Can programmes be delivered online? +

Yes. All four programmes are available in-person (India and UAE) and fully online. The online format is equally effective — the coaching structure, accountability, and outcomes are the same. Many retainer clients prefer the flexibility of online sessions.

What is included in the pre-training diagnostic? +

The diagnostic includes 1:1 conversations with selected team members, a structured survey on current sales process and key challenges, and a pipeline data review (where available). This surfaces the real gaps — not the assumed ones — so the programme content is precisely targeted.

What if we need something that does not fit these four options? +

The Corporate Training page covers custom-designed programmes for teams with specific requirements that fall outside the standard offerings. Fill in the proposal request form and Mayank will design something appropriate.

How are programmes invoiced? +

50% deposit on engagement confirmation; 50% balance before the first session. Retainer programmes are invoiced monthly in advance. Proposals include full payment terms before any commitment is required.
