Yes. All four programmes are available in-person (India and UAE) and fully online. The online format is equally effective — the coaching structure, accountability, and outcomes are the same. Many retainer clients prefer the flexibility of online sessions.
The diagnostic includes 1:1 conversations with selected team members, a structured survey on current sales process and key challenges, and a pipeline data review (where available). This surfaces the real gaps — not the assumed ones — so the programme content is precisely targeted.
